If your system is fail time, you can syns time on internet by NTP, very simple
Check date time:
# date
update time zones to Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh:
# rm -f /etc/localtime
# ln -s /usr/share/zoneinfo/Asia/Ho_Chi_Minh /etc/localtime
you can see more time zones at this Database: Timezone Database
Syns Network Time Protocol NTP to VietNam server:
# yum install -y ntpdate
# ntpdate vn.pool.ntp.org
# ntpdate asia.pool.ntp.org
