If you want to config httpd config virtual host for web you can find it it file
/etc/httpd/conf/extra/directadmin-vhosts.conf
The content that like:
Include /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/site1/httpd.conf
Include /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/site2/httpd.conf
Include /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/site3/httpd.conf
Include /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/site4/httpd.conf
Include /usr/local/directadmin/data/users/tsite5/httpd.conf
Then you find the httd.conf of site you want edit,
